Loosening controls helps us work better, not worse. Doing it in the right way for us, means we live more integrated and productive lives. We're all different (as well as all human), so we need our systems to be flexible enough to reflect that diversity.

Financial security gives people the financial independence not to need to work for an income because they have enough wealth to sustain themselves without one.
